Do they provide ongoing monitoring of possible relapse? Do they offer long-term aftercare support? To what degree is the patient’s family involved in the treatment process?
3. Facilities: Is their treatment facility well-run, organized and clean?
4. Costs: How much will their addiction treatment cost? Do they accept the patient’s insurance? If not, is there any payment plan or other means to support the patient?
